TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: The referral program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and residents of the United States. Employees of Waggoner Roofing & Restorations and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this program. 2. Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral form on our website, via email, or by contacting us directly. The referrer must provide accurate and complete information, including the referred individual's full name, contact details, and project address \3. Qualifying Referrals: To qualify for a referral reward, the referred roofing project must meet the following criteria: The project must involve a complete roof replacement or a significant roofing project with a minimum of 3,000 square feet. The project must be contracted and completed by Waggoner Roofing & Restorations. The referred client must not be an existing or past customer of Waggoner Roofing & Restorations. Referrals for repair jobs or projects below the minimum square footage do not qualify for rewards. 4. Reward Disbursement: Referral rewards are disbursed once the roofing project is fully completed and Waggoner Roofing & Restorations has received the final payment from the client. Rewards are paid via check and will be mailed to the address provided by the referrer. If an individual is eligible for more than one referral reward, they must submit a W-9 form to Waggoner Roofing & Restorations for tax reporting purposes. Referral rewards may be subject to federal and state tax regulations. It is the responsibility of the referrer to report and pay any applicable taxes on referral rewards received. 5. Reward Amount: The standard referral reward is $500 per qualifying referral. Waggoner Roofing & Restorations reserves the right to adjust the reward amount for special promotions or specific cases. 6. Referral Tracking and Payment: Waggoner Roofing & Restorations will track all referrals and provide updates upon request. Referrers will be notified once their referral has resulted in a completed and paid project. Rewards will be processed and mailed within 30 days after the final payment is received from the referred client. 7. No Limit on Referrals: There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can submit. However, each referral must be for a different roofing project. 8. Disqualification: Referrals that involve inaccurate or misleading information, or attempts to manipulate the program, will be disqualified. Waggoner Roofing & Restorations reserves the right to disqualify any referral that does not meet the program’s terms and conditions. 9. Program Modifications: Waggoner Roofing & Restorations reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Changes to the program will not affect previously qualified referrals. 10. Liability: Waggoner Roofing & Restorations is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected referral submissions or payments. Referrers should ensure that their contact information is accurate and up to date. 11. Governing Law: This referral program and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the referral program will be resolved under Texas law. 12. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Waggoner Roofing & Restorations Referral Program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
